i havent posted since march.  oh dear.  well, since then i cut all of my hair off, its almost grown back now and now im in paris.  the down side to this is, i also may have mono.  cant get out of bed really and horrible pain in my side which is either mono or serious so here i am a waiting and a hoping its neither.  hope you guys are all having a great year!!!!

ok so.  i got my hair cut yesterday, and really i have to say it isn't horrible, but i'm not like a huge fan.  Really i think i need some more length and then it'll be ok so i just have to wait while it grows.  ok here goes............didn't work.guess i'll have to wait for a much longer time.  Getting it cut was fairly traumatic because she added more layers and considerably shortened the bottom one so i'm seeing like five inch pieces of hair falling down when i only asked her to take two off and it was a very scary thing.  But i lived through it and i'm back at school pretending like i want to be here and like i'm a good student.

I'm thinking my grades aren't going to be particularly stellar this semester, but then again i'm sure i will have little problem keeping my 3.5.  The real question is whether or not my grades are going to die the horrible death i'm predicting they will suffer next year.  Next year is going to be a challenge in a big way for me and i'm not really sure if i can handle keeping my GPA above a 3.5 in a foreign country operating under an entirely different set of rules.  My main attitude about next year is pretty much.  Paris.....hehe....

and now the love of my life kate is here so i'm going to go play with her....i mean work....yes..working.

Ok so i'd heard the song several times but i didn't see the music video til just now and all i have to say is i am now a big blubbering mess.  Stupid music videos.  If you haven't heard the song "what hurts the most" you should look it up and listen to it.  Don't watch the video unless you want to cry cause it'll rip your heart out. 

the olympics are over.  I normally wouldn't find this to be so depressing but i really liked them this year, aside from the tackiness of the american ski team.  Why those people were allowed to go out and represent our country is beyond me but they didn't do a very good job, aside from the girl that fell and hurt herself but kept on competing anyways.  Really though i loved watching the olympics!  and yay for japan for winning the gold in womens figure skating.  That's the only medal they won so hooray to them for getting one :). 

On a totally bizarre note, im in the mood to go shopping, and i have no reason why.  I usually hate shopping, but i'm finding that shopping with my baylor people is amazing and fun :).  So if you're one of my baylor people let's go out and spend all of my money in foolish ways that will make me feel completely guilty later :).  i love you guys!

all i have to say is that today has definately been cabaret day for me.  i'm happy with no explanation as to why and no reason to be so.  I have a midterm tomorrow and i haven't gotten eight hours since last friday but who cares!  Life is beautiful and too precious to waste waiting for weekends whilst bogged down with homework.  So. in honor of my newfound uncaring/caring movie night today and everyone should come!
